I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.
Some pros: Compact gadget. Batteries are not sold separately. USB adaptor allows for simple connection to a desktop computer. I will use these keys to pick three devices, and then I will connect them to the TV. Its cons: You are going to have to get used to using the rounded buttons and the little cursor keys.
