Not Good Quality on Casual Button Down Shirts

I took the shirt out of the closet and went to iron it to put it on. While ironing the shirt, I saw that there were color errors on the lapel buttonhole. Then I noticed something similar in the right shoulder area. It looks like the rope got caught somewhere and pulled out. So there doesn't seem to be any quality control. And if so, then not much. Unfortunately the return window was closed at the time and I didn't feel like haggling with Revain customer service about it. So I gave it to my son to wear. YMMV
