This version is too stiff
My husband had an old model with foam balls and liked it. When it finally fell apart I was very happy to find it. Unfortunately, the spiky hard plastic balls were too painful for him to relax. Using it on carpet or bed did not help. We had to send it back. It would be great if both the old, softer and the newer, stiffer version were available to choose from.
