Very strong lighting with this flash. Very bright in a good way! I had no problem lighting my entire room so I didn't need any other lighting, this flash works amazing and fills in beautifully. Dim lighting can be achieved with a dimmer, and it has a shade mount if I ever need some extra diffusion. Easy to hold in your hand and even more convenient when attached to a stand. The sensor connects and syncs with my camera and shutter at exactly the right time, allowing me to take the shot and the light at the same time with no lag. Fast charging and cycling, perfect studio light.
