They are a little prettier than I would send my child to school. "Sneakers" (it happens). I was concerned about "slipping" as sometimes this style is actually harder to put on a child's flabby feet as they don't tend to push the foot inward to help you at all to help when trying to put your shoes on.I was surprised my child was able to wear it all by herself with no socks to make loading easier.I'm glad the built in stretch panels are actually stretchy enough for kids to fit in. The quality is really good They look and feel like high quality men's shoes only in a small kid's size These are great shoes for dad My son was so excited about his new shoes that he bought them the same day he got them got to walk around town in it cant wait for him to wear it for a photoshoot etc. would recommend.
