I love that they have the utility of a sneaker but are easy to put on and my child doesn't have to tie shoelaces or fiddle with Velcro! Very well made, hard-wearing children's shoe. My child is comfortable in it and has never complained about wearing it (he would go barefoot all the time if he could). They dry quicker than most of his other shoes which helps a lot because he refuses to wear wet shoes and I can't blame him! The extra cost is worth it for its functionality and ease of donning.

They are a little prettier than I would send my child to school. "Sneakers" (it happens). I was concerned about "slipping" as sometimes this style is actually harder to put on a child's flabby feet as they don't tend to push the foot inward to help you at all to help when trying to put your shoes on.I was surprised my child was able to wear it all by herself with no socks to make loading easier.I'm glad the built in stretch panels are actually stretchy enough for kids to fit in.
