JAN JUL Toddler Shoes Flexible Boys' Shoes Review

They were great little bums. I figured they would only fit in kids' slippers. But actually my little one also wears them to play outside and they've been on for a few months now. I think we'll get a full season or two. Note: I've stuck to her exact foot size rather than increasing the size like we usually do to make room for growth. They stay on their elasticity so I think it was the right move otherwise they would have failed right away.

This is our third pair of Jan and Jul slippers for our toddler (he used to have yellow and gray high tops but wanted lighter shoes for the summer). This print looked fun so try them out. On arrival they feel just as sturdy as the other pairs we love, but oddly enough, the collar/hole of these sneakers turned out to be a lot stiffer than we were used to. No stretch to fit our little guy's (wide) foot was enough to get this boot on his heel. We brought them back and chose the Xplorer Knits, which

Half an inch larger than the size chart. I added slack when ordering but had to do what my child needed - half an inch for a snug fit. I'll keep them as kids feet grow pretty fast but I've added photos for a better look. The insoles are a little springy and seem quite comfortable. Don't try them as they fall off my child's feet. The ankle area is quite large.

I really love these shoes. They are easy to wash, dry quickly, breathable and easy to put on and take off. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's super easy for my son to take them off, but when he doesn't they're great :)

My son loves how light they are, he's not even wearing shoes. They are easy to clean and very durable. Perfect for summer!

These are really beautiful shoes and they are so easy to put on! My two year old grandson can put them on himself and his mom loves that she can throw them in the washing machine! I will get more of him as he outgrows this pair!

Probably the best children's shoes I've found. My son is 16 months old and I have a hard time putting shoes on him. These are so easy to turn on and off. Love them, will continue to buy more

I love these shoes! My 3 year old daughter can easily put them on and take them off by herself. Although they are large, I had to order a size down and they were anything but tight.

I like the look, the ease of donning and the comfort for the baby, but the pad began to crawl out and fall apart making it impossible and uncomfortable to wear. My little one only wore them with socks so we shouldn't have had these problems putting them on.

They are so cute but the sole is a bit stiff for a new first step shoe. I'll still wear them because they're so cute, but maybe not the best shoe for everyday wear.

Great soft shoes! I've been looking for flexible slippers for my 2 year old daughter for a long time! Finally found exactly what I was looking for. I can't confirm if they are comfortable though. they look like they are. Easy to put on and take off, nice and soft! Will buy more in the future!

These shoes are very comfortable for my little one. She is 16 months old and I have found that they help her walk and even run much better than her other shoes. I love the idea that I can just throw them in the washing machine to wash them and she can wear them all year round because I bought them a size up.

Ordered size 5 for my 16 month old - size 6-7 fits better. Too bad they don't have a size 4 because they are cute and otherwise great.

My two year old daughter loves them because they are easy to put on and take off and are great for her water play in the nursery. They float out of the water feature quickly and wash up well too.

We have so many shoes for my toddler and they all cause painful blisters. This is life saving. I will buy more because we can't find the originals right now :(

These shoes are really big. Like full size. The hole that the foot goes in is quite big so even my kid's fat foot (the cutest fat foot) slips out while walking.

Bought these for our trip to Florida and our 2.5 year old wore them all day on all our trips including Disney. No calluses, and even with other shoe options, it's all he wants to wear every day. Also very easy to clean! Looks like new after the washing machine. Very convenient.

I love this brand's hat for my daughter so I decided to try their shoes. Unfortunately the pair we received has quality control issues. The shoe size ordered is 7.5, but the insoles are one size smaller (6.5 - see photo) so they slide into the shoe. I could have asked for an exchange but visually the shoes don't look very comfortable or of good quality so I decided to return them instead.

These shoes are great. These are the only shoes my son will wear. They are super comfortable, very flexible and wash very well. I've found the inserts to wear out fairly quickly with constant use, but you can buy individual inserts and use them interchangeably as the inserts just slide in and out for easy cleaning. I've been buying these shoes since my 4 year old started walking.

Having bought 3 more shoes that failed the 5 year self test required for kindergarten these fit well and my daughter loves them.
