I love this brand's hat for my daughter so I decided to try their shoes. Unfortunately the pair we received has quality control issues. The shoe size ordered is 7.5, but the insoles are one size smaller (6.5 - see photo) so they slide into the shoe. I could have asked for an exchange but visually the shoes don't look very comfortable or of good quality so I decided to return them instead.
