Review on Women'S Lightweight Raincoat: Bloggerlove Waterproof Windbreaker Striped Trench Coats S-XXL by Mike Vargas

It's a decent light weight jacket, but after wearing it in the rain I can say it is NOT waterproof. The shoulders of my shirt were very wet, and so were my lower arms. The sleeves are too short to roll and show the cute lining, like in the picture. Almost too short even unrolled. Seems a bit cheaply made. It's also a bit cheapy looking to me because of the lightweight glossy snaps and toggles and the slightly unflattering fit. I was hoping for better quality for the price. I do love the green color and the lining. It's also handwash or dry clean only, which is not great.
