Review on Prudiut Umbrella Automatically Windproof Rainproof by Kathy Lee

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Rain protection tested!

I'm impressed with how well it repels water and doesn't absorb it. You can clearly see the water pooling and beading off, keeping you dry! A quick shake and it doesn't form a large puddle like most umbrellas. Didn't know fabric choice could make such a difference! I've had a lot of cheap ones over the years and the satin fabric has faded. Hardly noticeable when it's raining hard enough because they're just there to protect you from the downpour. There is a big difference between being protected and being protected. This umbrella will protect you when it rains. I didn't take it out on a very windy day to check the windproof part, but on a rainy day I had a slight gust of wind when I took it out and I really felt it would tie me to the Murray Poppins. land if the wind keeps picking up! Make sure you have a good grip on that thing! 58" wide opening keeps you dry. The only thing to fear about getting wet is your feet. It's too big to fit through most doors when open, but we're all used to that opening an umbrella inside is unfortunate!

Pros
  • Stick umbrellas
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
