Review on KBPublisher by Scott Ramu

I like that we can send out surveys in bulk for our clients who are interested about their products/services! We have also been able see what other companies think of us too as it helps give me direction when working towards goals within my department at work (which has helped immensely). Not much dislike but nothing really either - just how useful this tool could be if you were looking into having your own survey sent through them would definitely help get feedback from people without needing an expensive team member doing so each time one wants something assessed etc!! Having said all there's not many downsides i suppose though maybe more features needed? Like being allowed access via mobile devices perhaps??
