The item I received is junk. It doesn't work well and only stays if it doesn't touch the skin/hair. Therefore, it only stays on when held directly in the air. I have to constantly fiddle with it to keep it. A tiny button has several "modes". it's a pain It's hard to tell what mode it's in. It stays no more than a few seconds at a time. Both heads usually, but not always, work at the same time. The plastic is crappy, light and smells like burnt at times. It's either that or the insulation on the crappy wiring will burn. I am very surprised that it has so many good reviews. Maybe I had a bad fate, but I don't think so. My guess, based on molded plastic, crappy wiring, and other issues, is that this product leaves a lot to be desired. I want it to be easy to recycle. my scrap Too bad I never bought it - wasted money - not appreciated. Pity!
