I was very nervous when I first used it because I didn't want to feel my nose and eyebrow hairs coming out and I was very happy to find it . not felt at all! This is my second. The first one worked great BUT where I swapped the heads for an eyebrow trimmer and a nose hair trimmer it broke pretty easily. I didn't come back because too much time had passed.
