As for the size, I'm a bit confused on what to order after reading reviews and questions. Some suggested ordering the same size as the pants and others suggested ordering a size larger than the pants, which we usually do, which I did. In jeans he wears a 48 waist and I ordered a size 50. There are seven holes in the belt, and he wears the belt with it in the seventh hole. I could probably order 48 and it would fit. He keeps the belt and says it works fine. Update: I ordered size 48 which is the size of the pants and they fit perfectly.
