Great platform that gets you up & running in minutes
It's very easy for me as an agency owner/manager (not developer) because I can use it with my team without any coding knowledge required! They have built-in templates so we don't need much customization or designing from scratch - just get started quickly using them right away :) We do web chat surveys via our app but this was great way more interactive and engaging than having people simply give us their information over email which they were used too before. The only thing i'd like would be if there could also include some text responses option where respondents are able to add answers instead of choosing one out each answer choice box? Like how Survey Monkey does sometimes when asking questions about things such as age preference etc.. This makes sense since many times customers will want something tailored specifically towards what works best for their target market demographic vs generic survey options available.
- I can easily create multiple surveys at once and then assign them to my clients once they're ready
- I'd like to see more options for the survey or poll questions in terms of the types of questions available, and there are some types of questions I'd like to add to the survey tool that I can't figure out how to add
