I've been running with Asics for many years. I've never had any fit or blistering issues. I've decided to get off the gel and move on to these comfortable showers, which I deeply regret. Although the shoe is fashionable and comfortable to walk on, the heel height is significantly higher than most ASIC running shoes, which caused severe blisters on the heels. Even with band-aids, I'm uncomfortable walking in them, and I'm not interested in using calluses for the sake of it. The fit also feels a bit large and it may be due to the lightweight material that my foot doesn't feel supported like other ASICS running shoes. I would recommend them for walking but not for training or running.
