Review on 180 Soft Core Colored Pencils Set by Shuttle Art with 4 Sharpeners - Ideal for Artists, Kids, Adults - Coloring, Sketching, and Drawing by Summer Hendricks

I read the reviews and decided to go for it anyway. I needed a large set of pencils that would allow me to plan my drawings easily and quickly. I got it in this set. Each pen has its own hue, hue, tone, and each one is different. I was also looking for a large set with lots of muted colors, not all the bright colors I've seen in other large cheap sets - this set has them! I really liked that aspect. The set came with a sample page and I noticed some of the colors were a bit flaky and some scratchy when I first used them which is fine with me. They're not as soft as many sets, but they're not as hard as oil-based crayons either - just right. I like to quickly plan a design with colors and then paint on better paper after playing with the hues. There are 180 of these in this set, and for $40 it's fine. There are also some unusual colors that I've never seen in pencil before, except in the full set of 90 in the Tombow Irojiten Color Dictionary sets. Very happy with it for my purposes and would recommend these provided you know what you are paying for.
