I wish I was barefoot

Let me start by saying that I rarely write negative reviews, but after today I feel an obligation to protect others from the same problems. I work as a dog walker in Manhattan, so I go out no matter the weather. When I discovered this product, it sounded like a godsend. Dear reader, I couldn't be more wrong. When I put them on for the first time, the rain didn't get into my shoes. However, silicon created a kind of sauna for the feet, so there was still little moisture. But that's understandable. With more uses, the sauna effect continued and I began to notice that a small amount of water began to flow into my shoes throughout the day. Today, on the fourth or fifth wear, they betrayed me. extremely. If you like, imagine an extra large water balloon partially filled with ice water. Now imagine wearing this over your shoes. That was my experience today. My boots were heavy with the water, every step was cold, clapping. The overshoes let the water through clearly, but didn't seem to release it again. If I went anywhere that was a little cleaner, I would say no to shoes altogether. Coming home with wet socks and shoes and almost numb feet, I found a small hole in the sole of each shoe cover and immediately threw them away forever. Her poor fit contributed to her rapid deterioration. I wear men's shoes 6/women's 8.5. Medium size product stretches very thin and rips on first wear. The big dress I wore today had too much fabric and was strangely gathered. Has the unevenness caused damage? It is unclear. Regardless, I hope you will heed this warning and spare yourself the experience I had today.
