Review on Yes4All Multifunctional Aerobic Deck: Versatile Station For Cardio & Strength Training! by Terry Reed

It's Plastic, engineered wrong, not safe and total junk.

I can go on and on, but won't. A few key points:1. It's made of plastic! I bought it because the idea was to do some heavy dumbbell work being lower to the floor without having to hoist the dumbbells up as high as a normal bench to prevent possible injury and maximizing a high intensity workout. Well, that was a no can do!2. First bench came. Uncomfortable as Hell. It also had a slight concave/how in the center. That simple spelled future breakage in the future as it was a huge stress point weakness. So, I returned it and got it replaced. No issue there as I got the replacement bench within a few days.3. Second bench came. No concave/bowing in the center. However, while I was doing bench press, with two 75 lb. dumbbells, the back leg support totally collapsed! The dumbbells came within inches of slamming into my face and throat as I fell to the side.4. A piece of plastic broke from the support that held the leg in place.5. I am 5'11, 180 pounds. The dumbbells were 150 lbs. total. Total weight was 330 pounds. The bench was supposed to have a total weight capacity in excess of 400 pounds.I guess the bench is good for a woman and/or man who wants to do calisthenics and really light dumbbell work, step ups etc. But, anything really outside of that, the thing is pretty damn dangerous.Revain was great in processing the return and refund. The moral to the story: don't expect plastic to do the job of steel!
