First impression, good so far

I give it 4 stars only because aside from the screws this appears to be 100% plastic. which is fine. it's a sturdy plastic for sure. But when adjusting the pieces that rotate or move, plastic on plastic contact does not slide very easily. I would say it will be worth the tradeoff as I wanted something compact and easy to move. I was able to pick up in the box and hold it at my side with one arm without much issue as I brought it into my apartment. so overall it's very lightweight. Overall my…

Pros
  • It’s a great purchase. I use it for chest presses, step ups, split squats.
Cons
  • It isn't suitable for high-intensity workouts

👍🏽👍🏽General Home Fitness Investment!

Absolutely a gem! Versatile height at 8" & 14" : stepper, squats, lunges, jump box, bench press, planking, push-ups, dips and some Pilates work. When not in use, cute time-out.um. Thinking Bench for the kids. Lol. Stable/sturdy construction with solid heft for its composition. The backrest has 3+ position incline and grooves for elastic band-presses and lat-pulls.Built in storage is compact: i added bands, elastic chain, two 5lb hand wts, yoga strap.*** ONE WARNING *** COVER THE HINGE W/ A…

Pros
  • Works as advertised
Cons
  • It can be top-heavy

Buy this Workout deck!

Okay I did a LOT of research before buying a workout bench/stepper. I used to attend OTF before my pregnancy and COVID 3-5 times a week. To say I became very familiar with their workout decks is an understatement. There are two major competitors and the prices have been inflated. I did not want to pay over $200 for the Reebok/Power Systems deck bench or the Escape Fitness deck. This is exactly like those. To the reviewers who complained about falling. You have to make sure the leg clicks into…

Pros
  • The item was first-rate! Effective packaging. Immensely quick dispatch. An ever so superb seller.
Cons
  • The product may arrive damaged during shipping

Pretty Good! - Some small concerns.

I like the versatility and portability of this. Allowing to change from seated to flat and other angles but also being compact enough to move around. As others have stated, its not the most comfortable thing but perhaps a towel or some foam padding is an easy fix. Also the back rest of the bench doesnt fold completely flat on my unit. Not a deal breaker as all the functions work but could be an issue with quality control. Even though Revain will take the return, I think the small issue wasnt…

Pros
  • Love it, only wish it went one level lower for beginner step.
Cons
  • The plastic may crack over time with regular use

Textured Surface is Awful

It's a good sturdy bench but the textured aspect of it is really uncomfortable to lay on. I use it for lifting weights and have to put my yoga mat on top of it to lay on it comfortably. I have to use a pillow if kneeling on it for bent rowing. The incline function is okay, but I find it to be stiff and hard to maneuver at times. The storage is a great concept, but honestly it doesn't hold that much and if you put weights in there, expect it to be really heavy when you have to move it. I keep…

Pros
  • Fantastic build quality and nice professional finish! Love it.
Cons
  • The metal parts may rust over time if not properly cleaned

It's Plastic, engineered wrong, not safe and total junk.

I can go on and on, but won't. A few key points:1. It's made of plastic! I bought it because the idea was to do some heavy dumbbell work being lower to the floor without having to hoist the dumbbells up as high as a normal bench to prevent possible injury and maximizing a high intensity workout. Well, that was a no can do!2. First bench came. Uncomfortable as Hell. It also had a slight concave/how in the center. That simple spelled future breakage in the future as it was a huge stress point…

Pros
  • outstanding
Cons
  • The weight limit is lower than other products in the same category

Bumpy and painful like a lego.

Pros: It is what it looks like. It adjusts and can be stored in a way that conventional benches can't.Cons: It feels a little flimsy when I adjust the angle. It's hard plastic, and for some reason they thought it was a good idea to have very raised bumps on it, maybe for grip if you use it as a step? It looks softer in the pictures, but think lego, only instead of your feet it's your back that feels the pain. I have to lay a towel over it. I think I might cut a yoga mat up, make two layers and…

Pros
  • Perfect for anything I need a bench for in my workouts at home. Great purchase
Cons
  • The height isn't adjustable

Good product, too low to the ground.

I bought this product for the purpose of exercising in my home and have to say it is very sturdy and versatile. However, it is too low to the ground, and will replace this item with either an adjustable bench from Flybird or Bowflex.

Pros
  • Can be used with dumbbells for weightlifting exercises
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for those with back pain

Latches not very secure

I’m general I liked this product, we ended up returning it because my husband realized that with just slight pressure inward on the green part of the step, it folds inwards. We moved it out of the way and it gently bumped the wall and collapsed on the one side. When you are standing on it the pressure definitely pushes outward so I don’t know if it would actually ever be a problem but still a little concerning.

Pros
  • ‎44.29 x 13.39 x 8.34 inches
Cons
  • The plastic may be slippery during use

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Needs extra padding

My only complaint is when using this as a bench it is very uncomfortable. I have to put a mat on top of it for padding. The product may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Pros
  • ‎Unisex-Adult
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues

Love this bench! on my review.

I was so hesitant to buy this after some mixed reviews. I really wanted to get the name brand one but the price was quite a bit higher and I trusted a review that said they are the same. Well I agree with that review! I used to use the name brand ones at Orange Theory and agree this one is totally the same. It's perfect for my home workouts and I love the ability to adjust it from a small step to a bench and the incline options. I have used the loops for bands and that works well too. I agree…

Pros
  • STRONG & DURABLE MATERIALS: Professional Aerobic Deck is made of sturdy & dense plastic for total body strength and cardio workouts; It is a versatile tool that can be used as a weight bench step plyometric and ramp; Support up to 300 lbs
Cons
  • The product may make noise when being adjusted

A good bench for the money

Very easy to use and very versatile. Several different incline settings all very easy to set. Reasons for a 4. It's slightly thinner than I would have liked (by maybe 2 inches or so) and it could be a little more comfortable. It's not painful, but seems a bit more comfortable with a towel or pad under you. Overall, very good for the money!

Pros
  • Offers an affordable solution for home workouts without the need for expensive equipment
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for heavy weight lifting

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good but a little too short

It's fine but the surface is a bit hard. It's got these rubber round dots/bumps for grip I suppose but they're a bit large and hard rubber so it kinda hurts a little at times. My main issue is that it's a bit short. So either my head hangs from it a bit or my tailbone is slightly off the bench. I'm only 5'-4" (on a good day).

Pros
  • Provides a full-body workout with core, upper, and lower body exercises
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for intense plyometric workouts

Glad I purchased: my feedback

I was a little skeptical after reading reviews that the legs would fold in when using when at the top height. I have not had this problem. Once they are locked in they are not moving! This is very sturdy. I feel safe laying or standing on this in any position

Pros
  • Can be used for a variety of strength exercises, such as pushups and tricep dips
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for individuals with limited space

Versatile step/bench

I needed a step for knee rehab and for air squats and this has been perfect. I’ve also used it with resistance bands and really enjoyed it, you may need heavier resistance bands than you think. Use caution some of the plastic corners are sharp!

Pros
  • ‎44.5 x 13.6 x 8.5 inches
Cons
  • The weight limit may not be accurate

Great for home workouts - lots of settings, easy to use

Been working out at home and this bench has helped to add a number of positions we were missing. It is easy to use and tucks away in an alcove when not in use. Happy with it. Recommend.

Pros
  • Gift for my wife so she can workout - she’s been asking me to move my bench, but no need now!!
Cons
  • It isn't suited for anyone over 250lbs

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice sturdy bench best in my review

Love this bench and it’s ease of use. I didn’t give it five stars because of the bumpy padding on top. Very uncomfortable for hands and back. I lay a yoga mat over it for cushioning.

Pros
  • I absolutely love this bench took my workout to another level
Cons
  • It may not be comfortable for extended periods of use

Sturdiness - my new review

I love it! I’ve been looking for a small weight bench for my house for a while now. It’s a plus that it changes into a stepper and has a small storage area. It’s very sturdy and it’s doesn’t move shake or anything while you’re using it, which is wonderful! I weigh 185 and it hold my weight very well. I read a lot of reviews about it arriving damaged but It didn’t come damaged.

Pros
  • I love this, the only dislike is I wish it was a little taller
Cons
  • The deck may wobble during use

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fantastic Deck - my new review

I have limited space and was impressed by the idea of this deck. It's VERY solid and stable. It serves its purpose perfectly. I can do "box" jumps, use as a step platform (very high for this), or as a weight/workout bench. Great purchase and a better investment than just a traditional bench.

Pros
  • Provides a fun workout experience that helps to reduce stress and improve mental health
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for tall people

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very nice and pretty

It's very hard and those little bumps on it are annoying when I sit or lay down on it. So I use pillows that are thick and that works for me.

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-term use
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for individuals with balance issues
