This has been a great addition to my home gym

This has been well worth the money and one of my best purchases for our in home gym. It's sturdy but light so you can move it around if you need to. It's just serves it's purpose really well.

Pros
  • Offers creative exercise options with its versatile design
Cons
  • The product may be limited in terms of exercise options

Customer service is trash but good product

The manufacturer refused to even sell me a replacement part. Instead they wanted me to return the entire oversized package for one little latch that screws on and off for replacing. Good product terrible support.

Pros
  • It is what it looks like very sturdy bench and I love the that you can use it as stepper.
Cons
  • The plastic pieces may warp in hot temperatures

Just like the ones at Orange Theory Fitness

When I was working out at Orange Theory, I really liked the bench because it was strong enough to hold me (225 lbs) and it has the adjustable back for incline press. You can also hook up the rubber bands through the notches which is nice. I has a small storage area too. The rubber pads on the bottom keeps it in place (I have a wood floor). It's a good product and I use it fairly often.

Pros
  • Increases energy levels and promotes overall wellness
Cons
  • The product may not support certain exercises

Ingenious Versatility

The numerous settings for the base and seat allow you to do almost any type of exercise. It arrived fully assembled which was really nice. Sturdy and easy to configure "on the fly." One possible improvement might be to make the surface a little soft

Pros
  • I really like it but the surface is a bit uncomfortable to do ab work on.
Cons
  • It may be difficult to store due to its size

Great concept but came dirty.

I love the concept and it seems like it is going to work great for what I need but straight out of the box both ends look dirty for some reason.

Pros
  • The bench is very heavy to maneuver, and not compact to store easily
Cons
  • It takes up quite a bit of space in a room

Sturdy with great color

Great colors to give your home gym some energy. Not as heavy as the model at my gym but is stable. Comes w a resistance band that is great add to the other workouts you can use this bench for. Couldn’t beat the price for the quality. Lots of room for storage and could make heavier if you put hand weights in the core area. The non skid is really nice for high step routines too.

Pros
  • Accessories
Cons
  • The product may not be comfortable for everyone to use

Extremely easy to use

I needed this bench for outdoor use and it works great!I bought it before reading the reviews and was scared when I read so many comments asking questions on how to use it and complaining about it not coming with instructions. And it honestly is the simplest item to use. All you need is common sense!I'm 5'6, 135lbs and I have used it as a bench press, squat bench, hip thrust bech, and step-up bench with weights from 10-20. It worked great, it's really sturdy. Theres also enough room in it for…

Pros
  • Enhances aerobic endurance and muscle strength
Cons
  • The product may be difficult to transport from room to room

It’s a great bench, much like the ones you would use at orange theory. It’s sturdy and functions as it should, but the gripping material on top of the bench (looks like half balls), HURTS. You must have shoes on if you’re going to do any step ups, laying on the bench or kneeling you must put a towel or something down or those balls will dig into you. If I still had the box I would return just for this reason. Very annoying design flaw.

Pros
  • Easy to assemble and store
Cons
  • The product may lack stability on certain surfaces

Love this multifunctional bench

So far I love this multifunctional bench! I see what people mean about the legs but you have to make sure they’re locked in. I just did box jumps on it and it was completely fine. I love that you can use this as a bench, step and for core. I was hesitant to buy after seeing some negative reviews but again, make sure the legs are clicked in before starting your workout and put a towel down if it’s not comfortable on your back or butt. I’d recommend this product.

Pros
  • Adjusts to three different heights for customization to individual needs
Cons
  • The product may be difficult to clean

Decent home workout bench

I was a little unsure at first reading some of the comments about the legs caving in but thought I'd give it a try anyway. If you read the instructions and pay attention to them the legs work fine, just listen to make sure you hear a click when you put them up.So far it is a sturdy bench, I have done step jumps on it with the leg up and had no problems. As a dumbbell bench it is fine and it's nice to be able to incline the bench. Is it a heavy duty bench.no but it is a pretty good medium duty…

Pros
  • ANTI-SLIP TEXTURED SURFACE: Provide a slip resistant surface for you to practice on with extra safety and comfort; TPE grip feet provides a solid workout platform that stays stable during workout
Cons
  • The product may be difficult to move due to its weight

Amazing Functionality

It was so easy to put together. I love the color and durability. My favorite is all the positions it offers. The product may be less durable than advertised.
