Not for use without shoes, kneeling or laying on back, the gripping material hurts!
It’s a great bench, much like the ones you would use at orange theory. It’s sturdy and functions as it should, but the gripping material on top of the bench (looks like half balls), HURTS. You must have shoes on if you’re going to do any step ups, laying on the bench or kneeling you must put a towel or something down or those balls will dig into you. If I still had the box I would return just for this reason. Very annoying design flaw.
