Pros: It is what it looks like. It adjusts and can be stored in a way that conventional benches can't.Cons: It feels a little flimsy when I adjust the angle. It's hard plastic, and for some reason they thought it was a good idea to have very raised bumps on it, maybe for grip if you use it as a step? It looks softer in the pictures, but think lego, only instead of your feet it's your back that feels the pain. I have to lay a towel over it. I think I might cut a yoga mat up, make two layers and fit it to the bench. I'd glue it down, but I do want to use it as a step as well as a bench. The bench is not that high, and I'm 6'2" and I have to lie down on it just so in order to keep my head on it. But that's stuff you know from the measurements.
