Great for correcting terrible posture

I'm tall, have big breasts and have had 3 pregnancies. However, my posture is pretty terrible. I really like it because it helps me with my posture. It keeps my shoulders back and is a gentle reminder to keep myself upright and not floppy. My 10-year-old son is also very tall and has poor posture. I love that it's adjustable so he and I can both wear it. It helped correct my posture and also helped with my back pain which is a great added bonus.
