I was skeptical because nothing is perfect. However, this is the best $15 I've ever spent. This worked for me. My shoulder pain has decreased drastically both during and after wearing it.

The size chart is accurate and convenient for a good fit. The corset relieved my back pain in minutes! It's comfortable and fits well under my shirt. Unless you try to handle the dishes, there are no complaints at all. I wear it 6-8 hours a day and my back pain has not returned.

I bought it to correct my bad posture. After a few days I made significant improvements. This essentially trains your muscles to hold your shoulders back, creating muscle memory. It's also great if you work in front of a computer all day to avoid bad sitting habits like slouching.

So far I'm really impressed. I used it for about 30 minutes for a few days and my neck and shoulders really hurt for the next few days. But that's how the new Braves usually work. This is a cool product in terms of concept and idea, but the design doesn't really fit the way it is supposed to work. The straps pass under the back of the armpit and the Velcro on the front near the collarbone. This will cause the back brace to slide down and slip when you tighten it. You will need to redesign the strap so that it goes across the chest/sternum for better support and the brace doesn't slide down the back. Not really worth buying if you have really bad posture and a good mix of
