The brush is normal but I would return it if the window wasn't closed yet. (I'm a week late.) I didn't think the brush could be too heavy, but the ceramic body makes it difficult to work with. Speaking of grip, it's SLIPPER! I've already lost count of the number of times I've dropped it. Because it's heavy I'm afraid it will land on my toe/foot or break the tiles on the bathroom floor. Finally, the bristles are so hard that they can damage the skin/scalp. I use this brush for bangs and have to be very slow and careful to make sure it doesn't scratch my forehead. and of course, due to careful handling, it is difficult to hold and falls out of hand.
