I think my first clue should have been the packaging. It was in a fairly flimsy box with no padding or anything to prevent damage in transit and just a plastic bag around the keyboard and mouse itself. I appreciate minimal waste but perhaps this indicates a lack of care for the product. What I liked was the size of the keys and their feel when used, the height of the keyboard was comfortable for my wrists and it was very easy to set up. However, the WiFi connection was terrible! There was often a few seconds of lag and mouse and keyboard stuttering. This resulted in typos or missing words when typing and an annoying inability to point the mouse where I needed to go. It was so frustrating that after 3 days of use I couldn't get over it and went back to a wired keyboard and mouse that I wanted to get rid of with wireless. I literally had my keyboard and mouse within 1 foot of the unit and still had that horrible lag.
