Review on 🐱✨ Petego Linda Cat Litter Shovel with Carrier by United Pets by Angela Smith

Our trusty (cheap) pet dustpan finally gave up after about 4 years. I got this item because the holder is aesthetic (compared to most). I wasn't expecting to get the Worst Scooper Evar. Generally, instead of a square shape with a deep/recessed lump/debris sorting area, it's an odd semi-circle with an even smaller semi-circular hole with rather large holes. This ridiculous design leads to many problems; - Due to the shape of the semicircle, there is no way to advance with a tiny opening. Essentially, you need to dig the suction cup very deep, or use a "side-fill" motion. which due to the short handle forces your hands to practically touch the litter - The front of the scoop has sharp plastic edges so they get stuck in the liner and make it impossible to pull clods out of the liner - The holes are quite large Leave them Separate dirt from clumps, but the area on the back of the scoop doesn't have holes so you have to tilt the scoop forward to let the loose dirt come out, which evens the balance so you don't drop clumps. - It's made out of cheap plastic so it doesn't last very long and it has such a short handle/weird design that you end up digging at weird angles so sometimes you're actually touching dirt to remove clumps. It's inefficient, cheap, and has a terrible design for its function. No way would I buy another one.
