Now I understand that some people may receive faulty ones etc. And I am only speaking on behalf of My product that I received but all of the features work flawlessly: the lock, leakproof, the straw (you have to have it in a certain way).The only thing I see people complaining about that Could theoretically be an inconvenience is the size but idk what people are expecting it's a GALLON water bottle. Imagine carrying around a gallon of milk everywhere you go, that's essentially what you're getting it's just skinnier and a little taller than a gallon of milk. but that's why it includes the paracord handle to carry it around with ease just don't expect to be putting it in a car cupholder or anything. It really is a fantastic product so long as the size doesn't bother you. Perfect. Stay hydrated everyone!
