Nearly perfect. on Hydration Packs

I've had this pack for about six months now. I bought this to replace my smaller EDC Camelbak Transformer (which I've been using for about a decade and is still reliable). I also use it on short and long hikes, trail running and overnight solo hikes. left (when looking at the back of the pack) and not the top like most other Camelbak packs. Since the pocket is a bit deep, I have to twist my hand to reach something at the bottom of the pocket. It would be much more convenient to use the bag if the hole was at the top. 2. - Waist straps. While they're sturdy and well-made, I don't like the system they've devised for storage when not in use, which is the slim pocket at the bottom of the pack. Repacking the strap takes longer than it should. This is something the Camelbak Transformer did better with two small, easy-to-pack pockets that attach to the base of the waistbelt. Finally, I'm not sure what the little hard pocket inside the reservoir pocket is for (I've attached a picture of it). Since the new Mil Spec Crux is on the bottom and doesn't need to be hung up, it seems useless. Well. This backpack, like the other Camelbak I own, is very well built. When you touch the backpack, you immediately understand that it is durable and solid materials were used to make it. I had a full pack for full days of trail running and hiking and didn't feel sore or sore at the end of the day. I compare it to how well the packaging fits me. The hydration system is great and I appreciate that there are more hydration tube exits. The lower ones work better when cycling with a bag. I also like the small (non-mesh) pocket in the main compartment that I use for my walkie-talkie at work. Because there are antenna ports on the top of the backpack, I can route my microphone there and clip it to my shoulder strap or chest strap for easy communication. It was well thought out. The four zip clamshell opening is amazing. This makes it very easy to pack and very easy to take things with you anywhere in the bag when you need them. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this pack to others.
