I didn't buy for games. I bought this for an office monitor as I needed something more for my aging eyes and wanted a curved screen. I am very happy with my purchase and think it is excellent value for money. I have two small complaints that don't really matter to most people but may matter to some. No HDMI cable is included, just a DisplayPort cable. I missed that and didn't have an HDMI cable handy. 2. The power indicator is located on the back of the monitor. The letter "S" lights up when the monitor is on. I would prefer not to have to look around the monitor to do this. As I said, small criticisms. Overall I am happy with the monitor and would happily buy it again.
