got 2 personal alarm clocks for my two daughters.
Got 2 pieces for me and my 2 daughters. I pulled the needle when I got it and this thing is damn loud! The reviewers who said it wasn't loud are already deaf. It scared me and I was ready for it, so it will definitely deter an intruder! Before I got them I was a little concerned that the pin might be accidentally pulled out, but it's pretty good at it and needs a good pull. Another benefit: it scares pets to death, especially our mischievous dog.
