I feel like they changed my skills.

I use them as "reading" glasses at night because I read most of my nighttime reading on the Kindle or the Kindle app on my tablet. I feel like they have changed my ability to fall asleep and I think I'm sleeping better. My only gripe is that the lenses collect dust and lint like crazy (they're just cheap uncoated plastic) so I constantly wipe them down with a microfiber cloth.
