Excellent board; excellent business support

Last update: One80 was very quick to respond when I wrote. Their engineers determined that the problem was due to an assembly accident rather than a design flaw, and replaced the board. I am impressed with the quality of the G2 board and the quality of their customer support especially the gentleman named Bill. First update: The cable comes off the board on one side - after only 2-3 months of use My previous review: This Gladiator II board is really excellent. Sisal fibers are ideal. Relatively quiet, but holds darts very well. Cake dividers are thin, gossamer wire that almost never bounces. It also looks very good. And ours arrived in perfect condition. There are two small areas for improvement (and these may have been addressed in the recently released Version III): (1) The wireframe frame needs to be lower. Players who throw their darts in high arcs will pass a few jumps as they sometimes land on more horizontal bullseye sections of wire. (2) The overall diameter of the whole board is smaller than usual, causing the foam edge to be loose. This is easily fixed by inserting something into the thin gap. (Note: the playground is a standard size.)
