Review on RippleMatch by Lawrence Allison

I love how intuitively simple this program feels when you are using it as an employer or candidate! The entire experience (candidate side) felt very straightforward with no frills at all which was nice because we were being offered something professional-grade without any unnecessary gimmicks around our service/processes in place so far. As another user stated below - there's nothing here "that would make me not want my team members" to use them if they wanted their organization included into such system. Honestly, from what i've seen thus far via reviews online and within chat sessions during onboarding process and throughout day one training (which took over 2 hours), users have been 100% friendly towards us both internally AND externally through social media platforms; even some other companies outside our market space asking questions regarding recruitment practices which really speaks volumes right now considering where hiring managers stand nowadays. I like that it's easy to use and navigate. I also appreciate that it is user friendly and intuitive. I have had some issues with the software, but it has been resolved. I would just say that maybe it could be more intuitive in terms of navigation, but once you get used to it, it's a great tool for recruiters. Recruiting has been easier because of RippleMatch. It has made the process of recruiting a lot more efficient. I like that it is easy to use and has all of the tools that we need to be successful.
