Overall I'm impressed with this card, I bought it for a sale of $9 and at that price it is a bargain. But it has noticeable quality artifacts compared to more expensive cards, however it can output raw yuyv422 as well as mjpeg but I couldn't test USB 3.0 speeds. FFmpeg dshow Latency mjpeg (n=8): avg: 136 ms median: 126 ms min: 124 ms max: 187 ms standard deviation: 22.8 ms confidence: 90.68% To be honest, this card has a very stable performance and little deviation of 126 ms.
