I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. First, there were NO INSTRUCTIONS for assembly and it took too much time to assemble. Also, not enough nuts and bolts were provided to complete the assembly. I have the wrong size attachments. After finally putting it together and sitting my toddler down to try it out, I'm not sure the product is safe for the following reasons: the seat and foot pedals are not secured; the seat bounces as it is not resting on a straight bar and the footrest is not attached to any bar. It would be better to attach the footrest with additional hardware to secure the piece. In addition, this product will scratch the bike frame because the middle parts of the bolts will scratch the bike frame during assembly and use. Now I have scratches on several parts of the bike frame. If I have enough time to disassemble the product I will request a refund.
