I bought a used 02 Yukon XL (130,000 miles) that looked like stock shock absorbers. Gabriel 58803 LTV - Commercial proved to be a good combination of price and performance. They are slightly larger in diameter than the old shocks and smooth out my ride very noticeably. I installed them very easily with no problems, although the bolt on the top is shorter than the original. I also bought rear shock absorbers from Gabriel LTV - commercial shock absorbers (maybe not as good), they are noticeably smaller in diameter than the stock ones but seem to work well, time will tell.
