Review on Papillon Massager Electric Shoulder Shoulders by Carri Taylor

Love the massager, hate the cable

Pros: I've only been using the massager for about a week, mainly on my neck, shoulders and legs/achilles tendons that are causing pain. It works well for the back, shoulders etc. The combination of rollerballs and heat is great and relaxing. The heat is enough not to be too harsh. Note that this is not a heating pad, just a bonus for the massage. Cons: Twisted cable! I hate this. This is a horrible design. Since the massager comes with a power cord and a cigarette lighter cord for your car (a USB cord would be better for newer cars), there is a short cord that comes out of the back of the massager and has a sliding connector to plug in. To a connect any long cable. The problem is two things. First, the connector simply snaps into place, so the slightest movement or pull will cause it to fall apart and disengage. It's so annoying to finally be in a better position and then the line falls apart. Second, part of the separation is due to the cord coming out the center of the back of the massager rather than along the edge, so any movement shifts the cord and tears them apart. Every time you lean on the massager, it pushes on where the cord comes out and pulls on it and the plug. It's a constant struggle to get comfortable and then the damn thing shuts down. improvement needed!

Pros
  • Freely selectable heating function: Hot compresses can speed up blood circulation, so we have developed a selectable heating function for the back and neck massager. We can use this neck massager in winter or summer. Suitable for human body temperature (113℉/45℃), heating temperature, can protect you from low-temperature burns, and help the massage cushion give you a comfortable deep tissue massage.
Cons
  • High Price
