The quality of this blazer is excellent. Well structured. The shoulders fit my 13 month old well. He wears clothes for 18 and 24 months. Weighs 25 pounds. I ordered 12-18 in this blazer and I really liked it. I will order next winter! Great price and great quality.
- Contrasting piping on cuffs, collar and body. Can be washed in a washing machine.
