I work as a security guard and I work a lot. There is an old box spring bed that we can sleep on if needed. Since I was traveling and only worked for 5 weeks, I decided to stay overnight, i.e. sleep 4 nights on an uncomfortable mattress. My back was so sore that I started looking for remedies and came across a foam pad. The smell is lovely, the first few days it was stronger, but now it's a subtle essence that I look forward to when I go to bed after a long tiring day. I wake up refreshed and still remain calm. I love it so much and it has made my sleep so much better. If you have a good mattress you need more comfort or you need to sleep on something solid like a rock, either way that's great. I think if I were to ride again I would broke and take 3" instead of the 2" I ordered. Very happy and will be ordering the queen home to enjoy!
