I recently purchased a Klutch 150 spool gun for my Harbor Freight Titanium Multiprocess 200 welder. It connects exactly as intended, but it's always a hassle to screw the DC cable's ring plug into the MIG socket. The best solution was to replace the ring connector with this DINSE connector and just plug it in at the front of the machine. The DC wire on the SG is quite thick, maybe 2 AWG, but it fits snugly into the socket and the set screw holds it in place. The DINSE plug itself appeared to be brass and mated well with the socket. To install them you will need to strip about 1/2 inch of the insulation from the wire and then thread the wire through the rubber insulator. Then insert the braided cable into the brass connector and secure with the set screw. Then pull back the cable and insert the connector into the rubber insulation. There are 2 slots in the brass pivot that only fit one position in the rubber isolator. A little petroleum jelly might help as it fits snugly.
