The bag is exactly as pictured. That is beautiful. Of the minuses - heavy for an empty pocket. I mean, even without anything in it. Cutouts for use as a backpack are made for a very tall person. Seriously big. I immediately had to add a few notches so I could put it on my shoulder (or two). I would recommend the seller to put more holes in the leather strips - not a big problem - I managed without cutting myself. The rest of the skin is tough - I think goat. Every skin smells, even fashionable shoes. However, the smell of it is by no means unpleasant - at least not for me. I hope this pack lasts a very long time. I mean years. Overall exactly what I expected, this is a great purchase. On the plus side this appears to be new business for the seller and appears to be backing a good deal - wish him the best.
