Arrived earlier than expected and very pleasant quality. I'm always worried about the straps holding up with all that crap I'm carrying around, and I'm not worried about that at all. I love that the laptop compartment is padded on both sides and completely separate from the main compartment (unlike the flimsy sleeve found in most computer bags). It's very roomy and the computer bay fits a large laptop but has enough padding to keep the smaller, thinner MacBook from rocking. This is definitely a good bag and looks like it will last for years for even the most casual of people.
