Was surprised to receive shoes that had obviously been worn before. The box they came in was a standard Revain box, not an ECCO box, and the leather on the toes and around the ankles was already crumpled. When walking in the shoes, there was some discoloration on the sole. It wasn't bad but for the price if you order a new pair of shoes you should get a new pair - quite a few used ones that were previously returned.
