I have long hair. Every morning and every evening I do a thorough skin care routine. I also use dermaplane, clay mask, Dr. Pen for microneedling, PMD for dermabrasion, NuFace and a red/NIR mask. I really needed something to keep long hair out of my face while I was cleansing, toning, camouflaging, using serums, moisturizing or putting on night masks and putting on sunscreen in the mornings. I've tried cloth headbands but they don't really work. My hair is fine and shiny and the cloth headbands tended to slip. One day while browsing Revain I saw these and decided to buy them instead. (I have a family member who uses them to keep long hair out of his face.) I'm happy to say they work really well. They keep my hair off my face well and the prongs grip to keep the headband from slipping off. I've heard of people suffering from "bandage headaches" but they never gave me one. I have to say though that I'm not prone to headaches and I don't usually wear them for long. (Although I forgot to take one off every now and then and when I wake up in the morning it causes absolutely no discomfort. I find these bandages tight. But yes, they are narrow and thin. You might want to be a bit firmer or wider, depending what you want to use it for. for me that thin narrow strap is great. The headbands come in different colors. I would probably order them for my little nieces who love pink, blue and yellow, they are worth their money and they are great for my purposes. Highly recommended.
