I wore this shirt casual (no tie and top button open) and this shirt fit me perfectly. I'm athletically built so it was a bit loose in the waist and stomach area, but that's to be expected in a shirt that's not tailored. My neck size is between 15 1/2 and 16 and I ordered a 15 1/2 neck size. This led me to a medium sized shirt instead of a large (which would have been too big). The collar button pops out a bit and when I tried I still managed to button the shirt comfortably. My tip: If you are on the border between two neck sizes, choose the smaller neck size, because shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, etc. with matching sleeve lengths.
