Nice 30 foot Cat7 cable

Looks to be a nice heavy duty Cat7 cable and obviously thicker than Cat6 flat cable. Am little by little replacing all my old Cat5 and Cat6 cabling around my home. I have approx. 44 devices connected to an Asus AC88U router through a bunch of switches and access points and maybe 6 devices wirelessly. Quality seems to be good but of course this is flat cable so I can't take it apart to check material like round ethernet cable. I've had no luck repairing flat cables. I'll be getting maybe 2-3…

Pros
  • I have had them in use for a couple of years with out any failures. Good product.
Cons
  • The black color of the cable may not match everyone's aesthetic preferences

Flat Fantastic for my opinion

This CAT 7 Ethernet cable is an excellent quality product. The flat design is easily routed and concealed since its low profile and dark color virtually disappear into the background. I had over looked the fact that the cable was supplied with fasteners and they proved to be most beneficial. The fact that the wire was shielded allowed me to route it in proximity to 120 volt power lines without interference problems. An overall excellent product that I would purchase again and recommend for…

Pros
  • Everything Awesome. Thanks!
Cons
  • The BUSOHE Cat 8 Ethernet Cable is only 20 feet long, which may not be long enough for some users' needs

Good dealio on my review.

Got tired of not utilizing the full DL speeds. Paying for 300 and only getting about 100+mbps on wifi.Good customer service but as far as durability, time will tell.Just got it 2 days ago

Pros
  • The length was amazingly great and works as it’s supposed to
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may require higher-end networking equipment to take full advantage of it

Stopped working after barely two months

Was great while it lasted. Then one day, out of the blue, it just stopped working. Tested the PS4 with the old Ethernet cable we still had, and it was working fine. So this BUSOHE simply conked out for no reason. I have a second one that I purchased earlier which is still working, but now I have to wonder . for how long?

Pros
  • Feels high quality and looks good.
Cons
  • The higher cost of a Cat 8 cable may not be worth it for some users who don't need the increased speed

NOT YOUR BEST OPTION FOR FULL GIGABIT SPEEDS

Purchased the 40ft Cat 8 ethernet cord for use with day trading- the flat Cat 8 cord only delivered about a third of the speed of my previous round Cat 6 cord.Various speeds in Mbps from macbook from same distance to the router (with Gigabit service):Flat Cat 8 cord: 399.38 download, 305.05 UploadWifi: 290.60 download, 260.40 uploadCat 6 (Round): 933.32 download, 895.95 uploadAs you can see, significant difference between the round Cat 6, and the flat Cat 8. Found some info on flat cords being…

Pros
  • With a length of 20 FT, this cable gives you the freedom to set up your network the way you want it
Cons
  • The cable may not be necessary for devices that already have a wireless connection

Good so far in my review

This seems like an excellent cable from what I can tell. The connectors are a good quality, the cable lays flat right away coming out of the packaging. The 50' length even comes with twenty clips and nails so you can hang it. My only regret is not consider the length of cable it takes to reach the ceiling, which ended up making the length too short to reach my computer. So, on the floor is shall remain.

Pros
  • It's compatible with all devices that use an RJ45 ethernet port, including routers, modems, Xbox, PS4, and more
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may require additional setup or configuration in some cases

Short distance convenience

I like this product I think it was nice and convenient. Are use this product to connect my telephone system and my laptop to my Wi-Fi modem it worked out perfect it was nice distance for the stand and it would lay flat so therefore I could put a rug over the cord to keep it from being seen or tripped ovver work out perfectly.

Pros
  • The slim design makes this cable lightweight and easy to manage without compromising on quality
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may not be necessary for most users, who won't notice a significant difference in performance

I got this So I wouldn't Have to move the router

So far the BUSOHE Cat-7 Flat RJ45 Ethernet Cable 100 FT is working . I got this because if the cable company moved the router to the room I'm setup in now they would charge an extra moving fee.Plus it was time for me to update my ethernet cables for the Roku TV and my Desktop.

Pros
  • The BUSOHE Cat 8 Ethernet Cable is easy to install and use, even for beginners
Cons
  • The flat design may make the cable more prone to being accidentally unplugged

Excellent for the price point!

Excellent at the price point at it was purchased. I was previously using CAT-5e cables. This was my solution to upgrading to CAT-8 & glad it did. The modem sits very close to the router, so this short cable worked perfectly.

Pros
  • The BUSOHE Cat 8 Ethernet Cable is backward compatible with Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat7 cables, making it a versatile solution for any networking requirements
Cons
  • The cable may not provide any measurable improvements in performance over other types of Ethernet cables

Best Cat7 experience

I am very impressed with this product. I have a tp-link 1900 model router and with a Ethernet cable provided by the ISP, my speed was about 35-39mbps and im paying for "up to 50mbps". So I got tired and bought this cable that goes from my modem to my router and then a second cat7 to my Nvdia Shield, I ran a test and Boom! 134 mbps for download speed, 34 upload and 8 ping. Videos now run smoothly with high quality picture, no buffering. Highly recommend it.

Pros
  • The cat8 ethernet cable is perfect for smoothly running applications that require the power of the internet, such as movie streaming, online gaming, etc
Cons
  • The gold plating may not hold up to frequent plugging and unplugging over time

Failed way too soon

I have had this cable for a couple of years. It has been tacked in place since installation and has not moved. It just randomly failed.

Pros
  • This cable is designed to withstand years of use and abuse, ensuring that you get the best value for your money
Cons
  • The cable may not be easily procurable in all areas or from all retailers

Looking for a low-profile cable? Look here!

I actually have two of these cables, but needed to order a longer one when I changed my room around. My fiber connection isn’t complaining at all!

Pros
  • Hyper Speed : 20FT Cat8 Ethernet Cable for wired home and office networks, Offers performance of up to 2000MHz and data speed up to 40 Gigabits per second. Cat8 Ethernet cable 20ft is much faster than Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a and Cat7 ethernet cable.
Cons
  • The flat design may make the cable more prone to damage than round cables

So Far So Good - my new review

Just hooked this up to my laptop and I'm definitely getting near full speeds from my modem. The cable is much more durable than the last "flat" cable I got, so here's hoping that it lasts for a decent amount of time. Cost wise, this cable feels as though it should cost twice as much as it does, so believe me when I say that the quality here is really nice.

Pros
  • Very practical , fair price
Cons
  • The cable may not be necessary for smaller home networks

Switch to this. you will not regret it!

We use this cable on my PS4 and use that for streaming movies and gaming both. I had a cat6 on it at first and had trouble playing a certain multiplayer game I love (starts with a D and ends with estiny 2). When I switched to this one, I have had absolutely no lag or buffering at all! I would’ve never believed it if I hadn’t have got fed up with all that slow crap going on with the cat6 and got mad enough to switch. It comes with everything you need to run it flush to your walls and look neat…

Pros
  • The cable is bendable and flexible, allowing you to run it through tight spaces and awkward angles without affecting its performance
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may not be necessary for users who primarily use their internet for basic tasks

15 ft cable works good

I needed just 5 lousy feet to meet my needs for an ethernet cable. I wrote and asked advise if a coupled 15 foot extention would work for my purpose. i got a reply back sayinig it would most definately would. so I ordered this 15 foot extention and now my smart assed tv is working as advertised. i am very pleased with this, i just wished they had inbetween sizes from 50 to 100 feet. sure would have made it easier. 50 too short 100 too long sort of. thank you very much.

Pros
  • The sealed package ensures that the cable is moisture and dust resistant, increasing its lifespan
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may require additional hardware upgrades to fully take advantage of

Great for Hiding for my opinion

Since this cord is flat instead of round it makes it easier to cable manage and or run it across a room without being much of a tripping hazard and the cord works great with my console because I have much faster internet speeds.👍

Pros
  • Cables & Accessories
Cons
  • The flat design may make it more difficult to plug into some devices

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fast and durable cable

I have used this flat cable to connect modem to the router across the room and have to pass the cable under the carpet. I The Shielded LAN wire may make the cable less flexible than other types of Ethernet cables.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • The Shielded LAN wire may make the cable less flexible than other types of Ethernet cables

Great FLAT Cat7 cable

I used this for running an HDMI Projector 100 feet with two receivers (one at the computer and the other at the projector). This cable worked perfectly and I loved the flat design of it. This enabled for me to run and hide most of it because it was not round. I will be purchasing this product again for future projects.

Pros
  • The high speed and flat design of this cable ensure that you get the best performance out of your internet connection
Cons
  • The Shielded LAN wire may not provide any significant benefit for users in areas with low interference

Should have ordered 65 feet

Used this to run from my home office, on the second floor, into a room in the basement so that I could relocate my home lab gear into that room. Router/internet connection is in the office, but I got tired of the noise, and heat, it generated there. 50 feet of cable was not enough, and 75 is a bit too much.Even though I'm only using this on a 1Gb network, I still wanted the Cat7 cable. Overkill, most likely. But at least I know I won't have any [real] latency between the [Gb] switch everything…

Pros
  • The shielded LAN wire design of this cable blocks electromagnetic interference and reduces signal loss, ensuring that you get a stable and uninterrupted connection
Cons
  • The cable may not work well with certain networking equipment or configurations

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Really slow then stopped working.

I took too long to use this now I can't return it. I ran it from the router above my kitchen cabinets, through the floor (it was a pain drilling through the tile), into the basement, through a closet wall, through the garage wall, around the garage, and into my office. It was just long enough. I have Fios gigabit so I was excited to have that speed back (I moved the router out of my office because the wifi didn't cover the whole house) because the wifi is slow in my office (far from the router…

Pros
  • Professional cables : Cat 8 ethernet cord 20 ft Comes with 15 Free Cable Clips (more or less) ; RoHS compliant ; Hassle Free Lifetime quality service and friendly customer service.
Cons
  • The high speed of the cable may not make a noticeable difference for streaming or gaming
