I've had this curling iron >a week and today I ordered a curling iron that does NOT burn my head! I didn't know that and there's no heat control - plug it in and it heats up quickly and the only "button" is for on/off. I've been trying to use it for over a week because it cost $199 and now can't be returned. I burned my head, face and fingers. The heat roasts my hair, dents my hair no matter how fast I try to use it. It's so gross! Please tell me how it costs $199.00! How could I be so stupid? And now I have burn marks on my face and my scalp hurts a lot!
