Yes this is an expensive hair device but I think you get what you pay for. I used to have cheaper hair tools and they don't last as long and I end up buying another one. I bought it because I tried it first from a friend who had it. She used hers every day for a while and it still works like new. The style, looks and functionality of this product are worth considering.

I've had this curling iron >a week and today I ordered a curling iron that does NOT burn my head!
